Most of our dumplings are made to order for maximum freshness. We aim to produce and ship your order within 5 business days, with delivery taking 2-3 days.
You can select your preferred delivery time slot during checkout, and we’ll notify you of the exact planned delivery time. You can also choose to have the package left outside. The driver may contact you if they’re unable to reach you.
(Currently, we only ship across Sjælland, Denmark, but other regions will be available soon.)
Shipping Cost
Shipping frozen products can be expensive due to the need for freezer-equipped vehicles, but we work tirelessly to minimize these costs.
We cover the major part of the shipping cost, and we only charge a partial amount to cover it.
Here’s how we make it work:
- Mondays through Thursdays, we prepare and freeze our dumplings in our kitchen on the outskirts of Copenhagen.
- We pack and ship your dumplings once or twice a week.
- Freezer-equipped vehicles ensures your dumplings stay frozen during delivery.
