Due to the perishable nature of frozen food, our return policy has specific conditions and exceptions.

Cooling-Off Period

The general 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to perishable goods, including frozen food. 

Faulty Products

If the product is delivered in a defective state, you have the right to have the product replaced. Please contact us immediately upon discovering the issue so we can address it promptly.
