Beef Dumplings with Creamy Miso Tofu Sauce
This dish turns boiled beef dumplings into something smooth, savoury, and quietly luxurious with a creamy miso tofu sauce that is rich without feeling heavy. Silken tofu creates a delicate, velvety base, while miso, peanut butter, soy, and a touch of sweetness build layers of umami that pair perfectly with the juicy dumplings. Finished with spring onions, sesame seeds, or chilli crisp, it is an elegant yet effortless way to serve dumplings with a modern Japanese-inspired twist.
