Quick dumpling soup

Ingredients:

  • 500 ml water
  • 1/2 cube of vegetable or chicken stock
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
  • Salt to taste
  • Fuli dumplings

Instructions:

  1. In a small pot, add 500 ml of water and bring to a simmer.
  2. Dissolve the 1/2 cube of vegetable or chicken stock in the water.
  3. Stir in 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and 1/2 tablespoon of freshly grated ginger.
  4. Add salt to taste.
  5. Bring the mixture to a boil and let it simmer for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  6. Add the frozen dumplings to the pot. Cook according to package instructions.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes:

For added nutrition and flavor, you can include vegetables such as baby bok choy, spinach, or broccoli. Add the vegetables after the dumplings and cook for a few minutes until tender.
