Ingredients

- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp water or dumpling broth (if boiling dumplings)

1 tbsp chili crisp
- 1/2 tbsp chili oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp Chinese black vinegar
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- Fresh scallions and/or coriander

Prepare the Ingredients:
- Mince the garlic.
- Chop fresh scallions and coriander for garnish.
Mix the Sauce:
- In a small bowl, combine 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp water or dumpling broth, and 1/2 tbsp chili oil.
- Add 1 tbsp chili crisp and mix well.
- Stir in 1 tsp sugar, adjusting to your desired sweetness.
- Add 2 tbsp Chinese black vinegar or rice vinegar and 2 tsp sesame oil.
- Sprinkle in 1/2 tsp sesame seeds and 1 tsp minced garlic.
Combine and Garnish:
- Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until the sugar is dissolved and the sauce is well-blended.
- Garnish with fresh scallions and coriander.
Serve:
- Pour the sauce over boiled dumplings.
- Alternatively, use it as a dipping sauce for your dumplings.
