    Most of our dumplings are made to order to ensure maximum freshness. We aim to produce and ship your dumplings within 5 business days of receiving your order. Once shipped, your dumplings should arrive at your doorstep within 2-3 days.

    You can choose a delivery time slot during checkout and even change the delivery date/time after placing your order. Please note that delivery will only be made if the driver is able to reach you. Currently, we only ship across Sjælland (Denmark) and Sweden, but other regions will be available soon.

    Pan-Fry

    - Heat a non-stick pan and add oil.
    - Add frozen dumplings, fry for
    2-3 minutes, until golden.
    - Add water, cover, and cook for
    6-7 minutes, until water evaporates.
    - Uncover and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until crispy.
    - Serve with your favorite sauces and condiments.

    Steam

    - In a wok or pan, bring water to a boil.
    - Place frozen dumplings on a bamboo steamer, position on the wok or pan, and cover.
    - Steam for 10-12 minutes.
    - Serve hot with your favorite sauces and condiments.

    Boil

    - Bring a pot of water to a boil.
    - Add frozen dumplings and boil for 6-8 minutes, until they float.
    - Drain and serve with sauce or broth

    Mix soy sauce, black vinegar, and a spoonful of minced garlic or chili crisp for an effortless accompaniment.
